Nate says 'Ba ba'. He said it for the first time and the 100th last night, and seemed very proud of his new ability. He even appeared to recognize when I made the same noise, and answered back with more "ba ba's".
He's still not fully crawling, but nothing stops him from moving wherever he sees something to grab. He does a determined Army crawl (arm over arm) and can roll to the side with ease.
Anything within his grasp will be gasped, when he gets there. What fascinates me is the temperament change in contrast with Lily, when you (inevitably) take things away that he shouldn't have. Lily would complain loudly and often, but Nate just looks around for the next thing he shouldn't pick up and starts rolling that way.
